Nott and Associates is the ‘Design Build’ father-and-son team of Tom and Jeffrey Nott. We specialize in custom homes and commercial projects throughout the San Gabriel Valley.

• Tom Nott is a graduate of U.S.C. School of Architecture and has had extensive experience throughout the west, producing a number of award winning designs for custom and historic homes. His numerous projects include design and construction for the L.A. Olympics and L.A. subway project.


• Jeff Nott is native of South Pasadena and started working in construction at an early age.  After attending U.C. Santa Barbara, Jeff returned to Los Angeles and began his construction career working with noted custom designers/builders in the Los Angeles area.
